“Ethical principles in business remain simple and clear and their essence can be stated in a few rules:  Honor contracts.  Be truthful about the condition of a good or commodity. Do not engage in unfair or dishonest practices in the negotiation and performance of a contract.  Treat customers in every way as you would want to be treated.  Be fair and transparent with investors.  Consolidate accounting, reporting all revenue and expenses in the appropriate period using truth-based accounting that accurately represents the state of your enterprise. Commerce always has and always will rely on trust, and trust will depend on our commitment to ethical principles and moral behavior.”
