Students are required to complete the following courses to earn the MBA in International Management and Leadership:

1.	Strategic Management I	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
2.	Strategic Management II	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
3.	Operations & Supply Chain Mgt. I	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
4.	Operations & Supply Chain Mgt. II	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
5.	Mgt. Ethics & Law	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
6.	Human Resources Mgt.	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
7.	International Economics	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
8.	International Marketing	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
9.	International Management	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
10.	IT for Managers	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
11.	Mgt. Statistics & Research	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
12.	Mgt. Finance & Accounting	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
13.	International Business Planning	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
14.	Adv. Strategic Management	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
15.	Leadership Training	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
16.	Mgt. Elective	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
17.	Group Project Team Dynamics*	2 credits (6 hrs/day/5 days = 30 contact hrs)
		34 credit hours: AUI-S MBA in International Management & Leadership

*Capstone Course

Students must earn at least a 2.5/4.0 in every course in order to receive credit for the course. Students must complete all of the degree requirements with an overall CGPA of 3.0/4.0 in order to earn the MBA. Students who complete courses 1-9 with a CGPA of 2.5/4.0 will be awarded the AUI-S Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
